Human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4 were tested in Indirect ELISA with Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody(15B2), mAb. The result demonstrated that Mouse Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody(15B2), mAb recognized Human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4.
